A blessed day everyone!

 

I won't be sending my daily devotional anymore. I think I have shown you more than enough examples on how to do your daily devotion. Most of you, if not all of you, already know how to do your daily devotion. It's just a matter of committing your mind and your heart to do it daily. It's part of our BASIC Christian Lifestyle.

 

Why should you do your daily devotion diligently? Because it is the right thing to do. Joshua 1:8 NKJV "This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success."

 

No one will benefit more than you do when you do your daily devotion - spending quality time with God and with His Word daily. 

 

If you are just reading the devotionals of others, it will not benefit you that much. You will benefit more if you yourself will dig into the Scriptures and allow God to speak to you through His Word.

 

When you do your daily devotion on a daily basis, book by book and chapter by chapter, what you read and study on a given day may not be relevant to your needs or situation that day but someday you will need it. The Holy Spirit will remind it to you, but He cannot remind you of something that you do not know or have not even read.
